Start with the Southern Lager , the brew that made Fullsteam. Then go down the rabbit hole with the rest of their delightful beers ! Great open atmosphere for catching up with friends, old and new!
All you beer loving yogis: don't miss out on Sunday yoga . It's donation based, and finishes up right at noon so you can grab a beer afterwards. Be sure to get there early though, it fills up quick.
Comfortable seating , wide variety of beers to try with new ones coming on"steam" frequently. Buy their outstanding design tshirts to show your friends your excellent taste in locally brewed beer .
Try any of their Plow to Pint beers , which are made with North Carolina agricultural products. Try Hogwash , a hickory-smoked porter ; Carver Sweet Potato and First Frost , a wild persimmon ale . Read more
My favorite brewery in the Triangle. Haven't had a bad beer there yet, and the atmosphere is just awesome. Working Man's Lunch is my all-time fave. Great seasonals, too.
Really enjoyed the variety of beers here! They also have a great selection of board games to play while you drink.
Come with a clean palate/flush your tastebuds with water, so you can taste the wonderful complexity of these beers ! Then fill up on whatever awesome food truck is parked outside.
Love getting the half pints ($2 each!) and sampling different brews. The bourbon beer is fantastic - and so is the people watching . If you're hungry, hit up the food trucks .
Make sure to go to Trivia on Thursdays, but be sure to go early it fills up fast. Awesome selection of beers , for something a little funky try to the Kentucky Common
This place is awesome; they have guest taps, guest tap events , R&D beers and their new stuff with Rachel's yeast is killer! GO NOW!
Cool space. Beers are A+, especially the CackaLacky ! Nice stage space & lots of room. Even have games to play as you walk in.
Beautiful place to hang out with tasty microbrews & a food truck out front. This is a dog & family friendly place, there are often several young kids around.
Great selection of unconventional beer varieties - actually got to do a sampling of sours as opposed to having only one option.
No Bull Hero $ 8 Thin sliced spice cured sliced roasted pork tenderloin with bacon ,provolone cheese & ciderworks glaze!
Best brewery in Durham, hands down. Welcoming atmosphere and great selection of bar games , as well as ample seating .
Nice microbrew right next door to the Pit restaurant . Only could try one beer but it was good and left me wanting more.
One of the best breweries around. Great beers with standard and unique choices. Love the atmosphere.
Check out the Conde Nast Traveler's Fullsteam Brewery review. They're a fan of the plow-to-pint approach and the "forager" series, as we all are. Read more

Contrary to what that one donkey says, summer basil is delicious.
Great brewery . Try out the flight so you can figure out what your favorite flavor is.
Beasley's honey white, First Frost (persimmon winter seasonal ), or Cackalacky (ginger pale ale ) = guaranteed success.
I love their beer and laid back atmosphere .
Loved their Cackalacky Ginger Pale Ale , the Belgian wit with black pepper and the Rocket Science IPA .
Lots of dogs and kids if either of those are your thing. Always a good food truck out front.
Great hangout spot ! Super casual , even kid friendly with ping pong and old school pinball machines . Love their beers .
Come here when stuff at Durham Central Park , like the Art Of Cool Fest, gets rained out.
El Toro - "American Cream Ale " - this beer is awesome but tastes slightly like boiled peanuts .
Rocket Science (beer ) is excellent. Board games and ping pong inside. Dog friendly .
Not a hop head? Carver sweet potato is awesome, as is the El Toro cream ale (though it's weak). And try the pear cider if they have it on tap .
Try the hogwash bacon beer if you enjoy dark, beasly's is delicious if you want something on the lighter side

Get the Cackalacky , and you won't regret it!
The Fullsteam beer is good. Like a red hook kind of taste.
Beers were okay. Nothing struck me as particularly amazing. It felt like it wanted to be hipster , but also wanted rich people money.
Dog friendly ! Bring you pooch or pet a strange pup!
Their regular beers are awesome, but be sure to try their seasonal beers , too!
