Umami Burger

Holy cow, one of the best burgers I've ever had. I got mine medium, since I'm not a fan of rarer meats and it was still fantastic. My Cali burger was juicy and cooked to perfection.

This place is in my top 3, ask for the truffle burger and the trffle fies or bacon fries you will be delight, and really good service which is hard to find in this area

My Umami burger was unsurprisingly delicious, but I loved their homemade ketchup ! Reminds me of Chef Boyardee sauce...but I don't think that's a bad thing.

The Manly burger is absolutely delicious!! Perfectly cooked to medium. Awesome beer selection , including Anchor Steam and Ommegangs limited beers . I see many more trips here in my future.

Love it! The impossible trufflemaker had a salty spicyness that was full of different flavors. It was a fun experience for my taste buds.

Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Perfect meat! Unfortunately the staff tried to ruin the atmosphere by being extremely hectic. Had my table cleared with the last bite. Not nice.

If you go during November or December, definitely get the holiday burger . Turkey patty, stuffing patty, gravy , cranberry sauce . Delicious.

Get the Truffle Especiale if you are in a decadent mood. Order it medium rare, put the top bun on so that the egg yolk starts running everywhere and then just go to town .

overpriced menu, though the food is delicious. large tables and booths make it a great place for drinks, watching the game, or just catching up with friends.

Bacon maple fries are too sweet for my taste. The umami burger was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Veggie burger and buns have egg , so not ideal for vegans . Then again, it is a burger place - so I can't complain. Aioli fries were great!

After making my way around the menu, the Hatch burger is my favorite. Despite listing chilies as an ingredient, it's not spicy .

The quality of Umami has diminished greatly over the years. Hostess is unprofessional, food service is slow, and low quality of food makes the price not worth it. Just go to super duper.
