Very good playgrounds and sport facilities . But if you are looking for gardens , nature or just beautiful green spots, London has many more beautiful parks than this one...

Once you arrive at Wimbledon station, catch the taxi and share with others, only £2.50 per person to the venue. Then, do nothing until you get your queue card and your spot in the queue.

Lovely kids playground , say amongst tennis courts . Great cafe with hot food and drinks.

For Wimbledon experience without breaking the bank , bring your own water, snacks and food. Come at 6am to join the queue. There is corner shop just close by skip the long queue and overpriced stalls.

If you're queueing for Wimbledon, check social media before leaving to confirm if they've reached capacity for the day.

On Sunday August 19 some idiot let run some super annoying high frequency buzz over 45 minutes. Please owners of stuff you want to protect mind the other people when installing buzzers. Cheers.

Great park , two playgrounds but toilets are regularly neglected by the council despite numerous request for them to be kept in cleaner better condition
