Windmill Rd London Greater London SW19 5NR United Kingdom
Nice and huge part for a walk. Very muddy though so be equipped if it's rained recently. There's a Windmill Museum and a nice cafe inside for breaks
The Wimbledon Common is a great place to escape the city noise and bustle. Here, you'll see a calm and relaxing scenery and a great spot for recreation such as walking, jogging, or cycling.
Max 4 dogs per group but huge area with trees , undergrowth, lakes , rabbits and lots of dogs without feeling crowded . Windlmill Cafe and car park in the middle so great for older people or dogs
This large park will completely make you forget about the busy city life ! Walk through the woodlands , visit the windmill and end the day at the Windmill Tea Rooms .
Awesome piece of country in London. Fantastic place to walk, run or cycle.
Try the café near the windmill , perfect with kids on a sunny day (but very crowded )
Two areas: wild woodland and open common. I tend to stick to the grassy spaces when I'm by myself. Quiet and rural-feeling.
Parkrun here every Saturday at 9am by the windmill . Free and professionally timed. Usually about 150 people weekly, very friendly !
Join the runners every Sat morning at 9am. 5km, great atmosphere, beautiful surroundings. Thanks to the volunteers who make it happen!
Great place to forget about the city life and all your worries and sorry to say no Wombles live there either.
If you're here on a bike , make sure you head into the woodland area near Thatched House and the Windmill . Almost forgot i was in a big city !
Feels too empty and ponds are awful. Get to Kingsmere and Alps in the northern parts as it's where it becomes interesting.
Excellent place to relax and have a picnic on a sunny day.
If you go to Wimbledon Village Fair , don't queue for an age in the main food area. Over the other side of the Common where the horse trials are, my mate Gav has a hogroast stall called Spitfire. Yum
The pond is a great place to listen - if you have a detector - to bats, you might even see them, needs to be after dusk
There's a pond with ducks! Just discovered it after all these years ????
Great green escape in the middle of grey.
Beautiful park
Picnics . Enjoying the calm . Beautiful.
the best place on the earth for morning run
park up next to the windmill and have a picnic , it's almost like you're in the countryside except for the sounds of traffic, sirens, and airplanes
Strawberry smoothies @ The Windmill are packed with flavour - really delicious!
Have a full English in the windmill cafe
A great place to walk
Blackberry bushes!
great place to get away from it all
Enjoy a mojito at Cannizaro House just off the Common, or lunch if you fancy it, it's a nice place to hang out Read more
Watch out for Wombles . Particularly after dusk.
See the Windmill where Lord Baden Powell wrote some of the Cub Scout Movement.
A dog's paradise.

Você esquece que está em Londres..! Grande, calmo e perfeito pra soltar os cachorros - literalmente. Bom pra reunir os amigos e aproveitar um dia de sol, correr ou só fazer uma caminhada mesmo (:

Very pleasant little place in the middle of the common. Great view of the mill, too. They do main courses as well as teas - come for breakfast or lunch! - Liam Proven
A hidden gem of a park. Suitably peaceful, suitably eccentric at points. Highly recommended. - Rowan Krzysiak
Very interesting little museum, inside the historical artefact itself. Go there. Well worth the more entry price. - Liam Proven
