Overall the experience was great. Easy access to legoland (5 min walk). Definitely for families, so kids running around and making noise should be expected.
Nice view of flower gardens and ocean. Jacuzzi and fire pit and glass of wine was a wonderful way to relax:)
Super friendly staff , great pool both for kids and adults. Had a great itinerary during thanksgiving with lots to do.
Beautiful resort with a plethora of amenities , friendly staff , & gorgeous views ! Complimentary virgin margaritas & bottled water served all day long (just ask the staff in the fitness center )
Be sure to bring some food to grill. The staff do an amazing job keeping the grills clean .
The walk to legoland is really close, Karl Strauss is in the same lot too.

If you want your room cleaned you need an act of God. Also major construction going on here.

The kids arcade & game rooms plus the water play land make it a great family place .

Agreed, BAD choice for business travellers . Staff in courteous yet inattentive. You only get housekeeping if you ASK for it . They fail to inform you of that little factoid. The photo proves it

Service this far has been unimpressive. Long checkin line , valet moved car during check in and did not bring back when walking out, room key did not work, concierge phone not answered...
Not a good choice for the business traveler , regardless of travel site rates.
