Saturday morning before 11:00am is my regular gentle start to the day. Interesting mix of people and definitely not crowded . If you want a large pleasant warehouse type experience, try Kings Cross.
If you have to grab something quickly and get back to work, here ISN'T the place. The tills are very slow and you'll queue up for ages.
Look out for Mr. Bean he shops here once in a while :)
Good quality food and very friendly staff .
Avoid the weekends it feels like a retirement home
