Just far enough from London Fields to filter out the painfully hipster , but close enough to attract a nice and interesting bunch. Great pub , good Sunday Roast and FREE Cinema night on Mondays!!!
Finally a snug place to play chess in this area! The Kenton has a great little table with comfy armchairs and some rather gorgeous pieces. Perfect fit with their 'Wine Wednesdays'.
The Sunday roast is one of the better ones in the area for the price. Especially for the quality of sides. You can't go wrong with the broccoli and stilton whatchamacallit.
The Weißbier is always a good choice. Great pub , great atmosphere, always friendly service .
