Trader Joe's

Possibly the healthiest and most unique grocery store I've ever been in. I hear you can even get French and European foods here, which I think is really cool. They have good prices and are very clean .

Entrance & parking are in back. Get the truffle brownie mix & mix the TJ'S mini peanut butter cups in the batter before baking... You're welcome! & FYI: There is a shortage of almond butter in Philly!

Great customer service. TJ wants you to be satisfied with your purchases so if you are ever unhappy with a product you have purchased, you can bring it back for a refund.

Stupid busy but staff is still very friendly and helpful. This location is also large compared to other locations so you have a lot of delicious choices.

The fresh salsas are amazing! The line is always hella long, but it goes quickly as it has a "traffic director." I love any TJ and this location is no exception!

Best place for groceries in Center City if you're on a budget. Go in the morning during the week for small crowds!

Check out the new and improved Trader Joe's. They have incorporated the adjacent warehouse space into the store. Finally it looks like a grocery store !

This Supermarket is always crowded , but the checkout line moves quickly! Good food and items here for great prices.

If you're also from the west coast, be prepared for some culture shock: huge lines almost all the time in the afternoon and onwards.

Just expanded and remodeled.Now with a single checkout lane! A shoutout to enthusiastic Mr. Hari who provided exceptional valet service at the checkout in addition to being efficient and knowledgable .

Only my first time since they changed it, but: yes, the single line feeding to all the registers *does* move quickly. Don't let the length fool you.

Fantastic shopping experience for a Philadelphia resident! Parking is in the back. Avoid shopping on Sundays. Go after 7pm!

Great prices, great selection. Virgil's Root Beer is wonderful and all the selection of Trader Joe's Cheese . Helpfull staff .

If you're an earlybird, pulling yourself out of bed to grocery shop around 8am on a Sunday morning is much less stressful than during the week. It's my routine!

Friendly staff & efficient checkout process

love their kalamata olive hummus , dried mangoes , old amsterdam cheese , english breakfast tea , mandarin orange chicken .

This place gets crowded pretty easily. Otherwise, it's exactly like a Trader Joe's.

They just expanded this store so the typical maneuvering through the overpopulation of shoppers may no longer be as necessary :-) Thank you, TJ's

Try to come early! This is the only Trader Joes in Center City so be ready to play bumper cars.

When it's busy, check out in the "Parkway" lane next to the express lane. Only one with a single line feeding two cashiers .

Absolutely love that they made the place slightly bigger!! Made a HUGE difference!

Caramelized onion dip is to die for! Don't leave without it!

Stand around eating the free samples & drinking coffee until they ask you to move on. So far my record is 6 samples.

The expansion is a huge improvement. Lines still get long but at least you can shop without constantly bumping up against people.

Salt and Pepper potato chips are the best "plain" chips on the planet. Do yourself a favor and get a bag.

The new apple butter with honey is a great light alternative to syrup on pancakes and waffles and stuff!

The 1st nonexpress line , 'Parkway,' is always short and has two cashiers . No one seems to realize it for some reason.

I second the Virgil's Root Beer tip. You can buy loosie's for less than a buck and the 4-pack is about $2 cheaper than whole foods!
