The food is fabulous. The service is informal and flawless. This is ‘haute cuisine ’ at its best. Tip: the onion soup is out of this world.

The hermanos created an entire vegan tasting menu for me without even flinching. Incredible experience 10/10

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michelin pour ce superbe restaurant . Cuisine simple, épurée on mange au milieu de la cuisine, et pourtant l ’ambiance y est très calme . Les meilleurs petits pois du monde !
Es un espectáculo increíble comer de cara a la cocina y los cocineros . La comida es muy especial, deliciosos y sorprendentes platos.
Una experiencia única. Y como bonus, hemos tenido la suerte de tratar directamente con los hermanos Torres en varias ocasiones durante la cena .
