Really nice staff but this place needs investment. They're doing great with what they have but a cash injection could make this place and amazing resource in the community.
We go there 3 times a week after work (don't have time otherwise) so it's obviously packed. But great range of machines, there's everything you need to stay fit.
The 25 metre pool is decent and surprisingly quiet on weekday mornings if you fancy a pre-work swim .
You learn great dance moves with Michelle B in Dance Aerobics and the music she uses is fantastic!!
Big gym , small pool, nice building. It's acceptably clean !
