Sunday is the best day. Less people so no waiting for machines and the vibe is good. Plus they open late unlike saturday where they close at 5pm.
Sylvie's classes-particularly spin and LBT are fab! So much fun and you work really hard. Although, make sure at the weekend you get there early-they can sometimes sell out!
Laura Brera at Oasis is an amazing masseuse . I fully recommend her. Extremely relaxing after a hard work out, but she's got some muscle too.
Use the fast track machine if you can as staff at reception are really slow here. They will still let you in though if you have forgotten your card.
Went to the trampoline park which was really good fun. Can't help but feel they potentially let too many people in there all at once though. Reception desk were quite unhelpful.
Ok gym with a lot of different activities. It's good value for money . Not luxurious
If you're booking a football pitch, try to do it through a member - you get a discount .
If you are signing up for Yoga , try Iyengar yoga classes with Petra. She's a brilliant instructor !
I have noticed on more than one occasion that the staff here is quite lazy and rude. In addition, they have a tendency to ignore the Equality Act 2010. Would not recommend.
Beware booking online. Courts often booked elsewhere. Double check everything!
just u will find everything you need there
Lighting is horrible for badminton . Good facilities otherwise
This place is horrendous beyond comprehension. And dirty like a dump . It’s Brexit ready.

Great selection of machines and equipment. The tummy/training sessions are good, too - they now have them at 7am. - Sarah Fulford
Have lunch while you spa. Sandwiches are cheap and surprisingly good. Avoid meal deal - you get free tea, flavoured water and fruit anyway. - Julia Dennison
The deli cafe restaurant Del Aziz by entrance does great massive cakes, good coffee (take away is £1.50) and decent breakfasts - Mark Stone
A great store with lots of variety and very helpful staff. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 - Galal Galal-Edeen
The place to be. Before and after Arsenal games. Great service and friendly staff. - Morten Zinck
The soul crushing experience of this supermarket makes you question if you’d be better just going hungry. - Tom Woolverton
