The exercise classes are the best. love this place the gym is great and the pool too.
Perishing cold in the pool, water is always freezing. Still, it is the best pool for miles around...
The pool is a bit warm for exercise , but the whole facility is an excellent place to be when it's cold and miserable outside.
Great selection of machines and equipment. The tummy/training sessions are good, too - they now have them at 7am.
Fantastic pool for kids. Wave machine and that sort of thing!

On thursdays the Gym becomes Womens' only after 8pm.
Too hot in the gym most of the time, crank up the aircon!
