Much more than a library , it's a surprisingly cool museum . If you like history or politics, you'll be amazed about how much you'll learn and how close you'll feel to GWB and his presidential years!
Impressive building, less impressive souvenir shop. If you're mainly interested in the international souvenirs gifted to Bush by the world leader , they are presented in the lobby-no ticket needed!
Didn't think this would be the fist Presidential library I would go to but was in Dallas so knocked it off them list. Loved the Oval Office Replica . Make sure you go get a picture taken at the desk
The 5 min video on the 4-wall surrounding LED at the hall was awesome which showcases Dallas. If you are in the area but no time for the exhibitions it’s worth to pay a quick visit n’ check it out
Despite your opinion on his presidency he started with 9/11. Had to be a tough start. The museum is beautiful. So interactive for adults and kids. It shows all different sides of W. Go see it.
Take a seat in the Oval Office, explore an amazing 9-11 memorial and take on the role of President . Stop off at Cafe 43 to try some of Mrs. Bush's favorite foods and her famous Cowboy Cookies .
The Bush Center maintains a wonderful collection of White House archives and memorabilia . A must see museum for any US history buff.
Dallas locals may not go here often, but if you're visiting Dallas, this is a great place to see. There's a whole exhibit about 9/11 and a replica of the Oval Office during Bush's presidency .
"Decision Points". It is an interactive exhibit . The four scenarios they give you are Katrina, the financial crisis, Troop Surge in Iraq and the toppling of Saddam. What would you do differently?
Very good overview of his Presidency with good exhibits including replica of Oval Office. Next to the SMU campus.
They sell "passports" at the desk where you buy your tickets. But it and get it stamped along the way as you go to different Presidential libraries .
He might have been an abomination of a president but W's presidential library is a nice museum and his paintings of world leaders are absolutely hysterical.
What a great place. 1st class all the way. Cafe 43 is a five star restaurant and the exhibits are very interactive
Make sure you go to the Oval Office and take photos! Also, play the decision-making game that offers you the chance to think and act like the president in critical situations
Definitely purchase tickets to visit between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. any later amd you could be outside waiting for more than 1 hr. Park across 75 - free 2 hr parking & no traffic.
I am not a fan of his presidency but the library is really informative and interactive. You'll learn a lot.
Visit during the weekday afternoon to avoid crowds from kids on school field trips. They will especially gravitate to the Oval Office replica .
I love presidential history. This museum was very well done. I enjoyed my time there tremendously.
Incredible space, lots to learn, like and experience. Only critique is the situation room, a little too pro-bush.
Excellent tour and history of one of the Nations great presidencies .
A must see for anyone coming to Dallas or in the DFW. This place is about FREEDOM not about a particular president .
Buyer Beware -,either pay for parking when you buy your ticket in side or with a credit card when exit parking
The Oscar de la Renta exhibit is a must for any fashion love!!!
Come visit, it will be so much more than you ever expected!

Expensive. 16 per person plus 7 for parking .
Be prepared to wait in line , even if you've already purchased tickets.
Privileged to have been amongst the Invited Guests at the Official Dedication Ceremonies...
Very organized and a fascinating place.
The only Presidential Library that charges for parking ...what a joke.
Look for the Weapons of Mass Destruction exhibit . — Nobody can seem to find it...
Be sure to watch the 4D video in the lobby

There's a "red button"
The George W. Bush Presidential Library groundbreaking took place on November 16, 2010. The future opening is scheduled for 2013.
exit from parking lot needs a little help... took 30 minutes to leave... they need to find a different way to pay instead of waiting in line as cars exit
Great Place

What a great museum. Very well done. If your in Dallas Tx and into history it’s a must. It has a parking lot , parking is $10 for I think 12 hours. It’s a self guided auto tour. ???? - The Traveler
One of the best malls in Dallas. They have EVERYTHING you can think of at this mall.Loads of different brand names and local shops! Loved this variety. There's also a pond in the mall for children. - Barrett Wissman
