Nice place, friendly staff , beers not too bad. Only one problem... Music sucks. So if you're able to blame right out? Knock yourself out. Roll the dice ????
Sunday roast 9ne of the best I have ever had
Great pub , Delhi Deal is really good value for money , go for the hunter's chicken baguette with home made wedges!
Well worth a visit. Good range of beers and much larger than it appears from the outside
Can't go wrong with a drink or a pudding the rest is hit and miss!! Greasy chips to replace mash they'd run out of, a greasy pie , watery gravy , nice vegetables though.
Incredible selection of ale along with a great, lively atmosphere
Good mixed grill for a reasonable price, and you can add extras.
Great food and a nice atmosphere, oh and the beer is good
An old and historic place with great atmosphere.
Nice place to eat a good steak and drink a beer
Nice place, good outside area, not a terribly wide selection of beer , served by grumpy bartender ...
Perfect place to drink bear. Choose the outside's place.
Beautiful place, but staff not knowledgeable about the beers they're serving.
Been revamped since I came last year, added really nice outdoor tables and canopies
I enjoy the beer on tap
Nice pub number 7 in my 50 two week quest
Everything
Good old pub . The oldest.
The Oldest Bar in England est 1002.
Have a Blue Moon.
There's a great quiz on Thursday nights (from 8:30)
The oldest bar in England
Nice folks, but dangerously slow. If you wanna eat fast, avoid. Food is decent.
Slightly dissapointed. Food was cold and waited 1hr for dessert . Poor show!
The Sunday lunch is amazing here. £5.99 including a drink. Come at about 1.30 to miss the lunch rush. Faster service and larger portions. Yum - Andrew Daniel
Highly recommended. Great selection of real ales. Quirky and original, you will probably spend as long looking at the knick knacks on display as chatting to the locals. Very welcoming. Lovely staff. - Slynky Cat
Excellent, beautiful hall with ornate stained glass windows and the medieval garden is lovely too - Lisa N
