Radisson Hotel JFK Airport

Staff was v friendly and helpful, esp considering all the cranky/crazy stranded fliers they were dealing with.

Perfect place for relax , staff friendly and helpful , excellent location

Car lot was full so they made me park on the street. Tough cookies . Check in time is 3:00 and they don't do early check in. Not the greatest experience.

Free shuttle to the airport . Every hour on the hour and 1/2 hour

These guys have a New Gm now I was told they are getting ready to do some awesome. Can't wait to see what it is

You will never guess what I found in the night table draw when I got to my room? Also, Heating/chilling system rattles constantly!

Great front desk staff . Old out dated rooms , bar , restaurant , etc.

Was check in by Maria at guest counter. Very friendly . Luckly I was a HH member or else check in would be long.

Flight was canceled and was put up here for the night. Really dated place , felt kinda musty old too. I guess fine since it was free but i wouldn't pay to stay there. No free bfast

The cookies is really nice think here. But do not eat or even try breakfast !

Do people stay here by choice? Virgin Atlantic sent me here due to missed connection.

Old outdated rooms, tiny bathroom even in suite. Serves it’s purpose for shut eye in a bed near the airport .

Alittle miffed that the curtain doesn't block out all ambient light from outside.

The hotel is fine but expect to wait 45 min. For the airport shuttle . Both pick-up and drop-off the next day took over an hour each way. Poor way to run an airport hotel .

The neighborhood and cookies aren't bad, but everything else is! Brown water, intermittently working A/C, worst customer service (too many reasons to name on here) no continental breakfast either!

The Jr. Suite was pretty good.

Close to the highway, convenient in some ways, but very noisy at night.

Should find a way to get this message before booking - all true, shuttle bus does not come - though they keep promising it will be "right there" and you are left to freeze on the sidewalk- sucks!

We waited 1 hour for the shuttle to pick is up..all other hotels were picked up way before us. rooms were dirty and need updated..

The shuttle from the airport took 45 mins and no one seemed to know why. Very lazy staff that doesn't seem to care. I can't believe Hilton would associate themselves with such nonsense.

Hotel shuttle is very unreliable.

No towels in the room when I checked in and after a call to FD, hours later, still no towels. Wish my company would put me in another hotel .

Had a good night's sleep.

Horrible housekeeping! First day, beds undone, washcloths gone and not replaced. 2nd day called so they can fix the beds, took our towels again (all of them) and didn't replaced.

Horrible Service, smelly room , no hair drier, front door no auto-close, bathroom door no closes, shower security bar is loose, too noisy air conditioner.

Dreadful service, shuttle driver was high. Took 45 min to get .2 miles at midnight. A disgrace to the Hilton brand.

Smelly floor..horrible management ..seen staff take food from someones plate and put it back on buffet . .dirty water..bellman was rude...THE COOKIES ARE AWESOME

Not the Hilton I've experienced in the past. Glad it was a business trip and I didn't pay for the room. Very bad experience. Will not come back here.

Smelly rooms , Tub Clogs while showering , Dirty Water , The food is terrible and the staff is a bunch of idiots...
