You can meet with a personal trainer for free and they will give you a plan to follow based on your goals and needs. Very helpful!
Beware!!! Cops are stalking this place for whoever crosses the double line to go to the gym , they park t the parking lot , don't let them get you!!!
When they want to charge twenty bucks for a day pass, after they tell you it's only 10 bucks a month. What kind of crap is that? What if I don't even like the gym , waste of time.
Bring a towel, it is extremely warm in here and you will sweat.
