A Gan Guo Kui originates from China, Hubei Jingzhou City with a long preserved tradition of over 1000 years. All the Guo Kuis from A Gan are flattened and baked using a huge traditional charcoal heated clay oven till the bread is crispy golden brown and till the ingredients are baked.
