Crispy on the outside and moist and tasty on the inside with a decent amount of minced meat , prawns and oysters . Great on its own and even better with the chilli .
One of few selling this delicious snack , owner uncle confirmed that they used to be at Kitchener road and then shifted to Sam Leong Rd and finally here at Berseh Hawker Ctr due to rising rent cost.
So good for this traditioal snack from Fuzhou. The shimp and oyster with some vegetable inside are just lovely, must be great if eat with siracha chilli sauce .
