Fragrant and crispy , with not too much flour, this is definitely a great plate of Orh Luah (Fried Oyster with egg ). The fleshy, fresh and succulent oysters are a bonus.
Great place for oyster omelette if you like your soft and moist. Oysters are plump, juicy and only lightly cooked.
