The fourth floor served as the home and work space for four Irish maids and still contains its original furnishings , including clothesline hooks over the doors, the call bell and a coal stove. Read more

Read the binder they give you. Check out those gas lamps in the main room downstairs. Oldest working gas lamps in the world. Go upstairs, open the door in the hallway.

Maybe it's because they are currently renovating buy it's not recommended. Not much to see here. Disclaimer: we're from Europe so maybe we're spoiled.

Surprisingly great! The chandelier is fascinating. Exhibitions are carefully curated. It's much less crowded so quite enjoyable. Guided tours are at 3pm - WEI WEI
Best museum so far in NYC. A lot to see from the aircraft carrier, to drone exhibit and walking inside a submarine. Great experience. We squeezed a visit in 1h30m but you might want to take more time. - Tomas S
