Quite dated but well maintained. Food is so so. Staff not friendly especially those at reception . For spa lover Samsara spa is nice! Treatment worth the price. One of the best spas in samsara line !

Go for the sea view rooms and do take time to walk along the pristinely clean beach and enjoy the lovely sea breeze .

Clean room and beach . Only drawback is the breakfast spread which shld hv more local variety instead of serving the standard boring spread every morning....

Nice beach . Fair room but not so great location couple with not so much manners by staff at the pool when they reprimanded customer using carton t-shirt. Need to educate their staff properly. #kamal9

The beach is nice in this place. It's not ridiculously crowded but food is not so great and the staff are not so friendly . The towel guy is THE ONLY STAFF that smiles and greets you good morning.

I like to stay here. Peaceful surrounding and so calm .

A best place to stay when you have to work outstation or just to escape from the city life for awhile.

Nice sea view from the room..lack of support from front desk..guests had to queue, with only 2 personnel attending the front desk...conceirge service excellent...

Soundproofing is very bad. You can hear every single movement from left right, above & bottom. Not to mention the screaming kids in the pool, even if you're on the 4th floor!

Excellent place to stay..! But the reception staff should be a bit more aggresive n yes, SMILE! Wonder why they forget that vital point!! SMILE!!

Not exactly the standard you expect that holds up to its name 'Swiss Garden '. Its more towards, stay and leave. Not great experience or exceptional service you can get here. Have fun!

The laundry and dining service is so fast and cheap but the staff can't even smile and my meeting room arrangement is so slow till I'm doing it myself ; (

Wifi : very low reception . .too bad. Even at lobby the Wifi is not really good. Big name unfortunately their service is not as good as I wish. No prayer matt in the room.. cerek pon x fungi. .rosak.

The room is spacious but smells like medication. Wifi only available at the lobby for 2 hours while in the room is chargeable.
