Fantastic spot in Soho for afternoon tea . A classy environment without feeling too stuffy. Ask for a table in the back room which features a fireplace and a homey feel.
Had a lovely afternoon tea here for a friend's birthday. Very friendly staff and very cosy interior. There was a good selection of yummy cakes and the freshly baked scones were delicious.
If I was going to open a restaurant , it'd be exactly like DST. Unassuming yet homey , comfortable environment, delicious food, great service and a great bar complete w/6 diff kinds of bloody marys .
Very good for cocktails . The bartender are all super nice and will be more than happy to give you advices. Also they were not pushing us to consume more so you can take your time to sip your drink
A little stuffy for our taste and we weren't sure if our server spoke or not. The soho mule was excellent and our burger was phenomenal. The best meal we had in London easily.
If you’re looking for a classic British brunch , Dean Street Townhouse is a wonderful to do it. They also have an all day breakfast on weekends! We recommend trying the Townhouse Burger .
The ultimate British vibe restaurant - the staff , the interiour, the atmosphere, the food - everything spot on perfect
We ordered the standard, fish and chips and burger , both great meals. But the highlight of our visit was the 'Choco bomb' cherry/chic desert ... AMAZING!!
Loved staying here. Great staff , beautiful room, superb service and toiletries selection. Delicious breakfast ! Unfortunately noisy A/C and some hum prevented me from perfect sleep.
Food was good standard. British food nothing fancy , but tasty. Great wine selection and cocktails were great. Atmosphere and ambience was10. Would go back
Always a lovely experience. Great service and great food, coffee and drinks. If you can - book a table outside on the terrace .
Ask for the vegetarian menu , and if your vegan they'll let you know what your options are. I just had the Jerusalem artichoke soup and harvest plate. So good.
Right now they have a special monkfish curry . It’s the best thing on the whole menu and possibly the best dish in soho!
attentive service , great food, excellent drinks menu if you are in the mood for a boozy lunch . Great atmosphere and interiors. Book early though... cannot recommend enough!
CN Traveller says: "Afternoon tea for £19.50. The Townhouse Tea includes finger sandwiches , scones and éclairs , and old-school cakes such as lemon-drizzle and Battenberg."
Lovely spot for breakfast or brunch . Very nice and traditional upper English feel. Food was good and service was excellent
Rooms are comfortable and stylish . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have them help you get a table outside at the restaurant . It's faster than getting on the list!
With a Georgian decor and vintage armchairs and chandeliers , the Dean Street Townhouse restaurant serves comfy seasonal British cuisine sourced from producers in the UK and Ireland.
truly unique english gourmet food in the heart of soho! exquisite restaurant with attentive service . lamb is exceptionally good!
Best eggs Benedict you will ever have
Great espresso martinis . Grab a heated seat outside if bar inside is busy.
Great service, delicious ham hash and duck egg . The Bloody Mary is punchy too! I'll be back.
From the people that brought you Soho House . Expect the same level of great service and style
Porterhouse steak for 2 cooked medium-rare is where it's at! Staff are polite but found it hard to get their attention when we needed stuff. The parlour is awesome for a more chilled evening too!
Go for the afternoon tea ! Sit in one of the comfortable leather chairs and enjoy delicious fresh sandwiches and scones with clotted cream and jam !
Top notch #brunch . I had duck egg on beetroot hash ????????
Great British comfort food . Apple pie was really nice. They do a good old fashioned too.
Great place for breakfast . Also awesome place to work from in the afternoons, followed by cocktails .
The afternoon tea was cute and well priced. The menu on the weekend isn’t huge though so limited if you don’t want the afternoon tea .
Amazing romantic rooms with lots of special touches and great bathrooms . My favorite hotel in London.

Budget: Dean Street Townhouse in Soho feels like a luxury hotel , but sometimes has excellent prices if booked at the right time. Doubles from £95.
Haddock soufflé to die for!!! Comes with chives cream sauce . And Brits spritz cocktail
Place to see and be seen. Excellent breakfasts and friendly staff . Crowded in the after work hours.
Great ambiance and amazing G&T, but the quality of the food does not match the look of the restaurant .
The food is yummy and love the bartenders . Definitely a great place to go after work.
The restaurant , with wooden floors and cut glass chandeliers has the atmosphere of a Gentleman's club. Overall, it felt a quintessentially British experience.
The perfect bar to while away the afternoon at. Classic British fare and expert cocktails .
Beautiful and comfortable place any time of day. Great service. Surprisingly affordable ????????
Amazing cocktails and attentive service without being over-bearing
A great place for a celebratory brunch . The kedgeree and ham hock hash are great
Great place for breakfast lunch and dinner . Great atmosphere which builds as the evening goes on!
Very nice place and friendly staff . Porterhouse steak was great!
For cocktails , get the soho mule . If you're veggie , ask for the veggie dinner menu .
Still has cockroaches... I told the staff , they didn't do anything about it - maybe it's normal for here. I'm not sure I'd pay that price for the food if I knew there were cockroaches running around.
The menu is great, almost comically Brit retro . The hero dish is mince and potatoes , as stark a confection as it sounds. Metro gave it 5 out of 5 Stars. Read more
Great bed, best showers around. Which is all you need.
British dishes all day long. Calorie counting takes a backseat with plates of pies , duck breast and Toad in the Hole. Read more
Really great food and amazing and friendly service . Another great edition to the Soho house group. Try the Lamb steak you won't be dissappointed.

Excellent, honestly priced (less than 20 GBP) afternoon tea in the restaurant, great cocktails (try the Ham Yard Tonic) in the bar, both in the same relaxed yet stylish ambiance. - Remi Lefevre
Lovely! Great burger AND lobster! Prefer the grilled lobster instead of the steamed one, makes all the difference. Ask for truffle mayonnaise on the side, absolutely divine!!! ???? - Mikaela L
Lunch and service here is great! Yummy carrot cake, very big portion so pace yourself. Recommend the salmon fishcakes, and the bubbly cocktails for a giggle in the afternoon :-) - Carrie Bennett
Good pub and always busy! Whoever said the best burger in soho missed Honest Burger around the corner. Still a great pub for a few drinks! - Ashley O'Dell
