They have a full vegan menu , with quite a number of choices. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in Soho. Part of a new designer hotel , really like the interior design . They have a courtyard outside. Beautiful.
Afternoon Tea outstanding! I came here to celebrate my mum's 50th birthday and we couldn't fault it. The staff even brought cake and a candle out! Half the price of most afternoon tea and just as good
Wonderful hotel located in the heart of London's west end. The staff are some of the most attentive and courteous I've ever met! Food here is to die for and the rooms are impeccable!
Excellent, honestly priced (less than 20 GBP) afternoon tea in the restaurant , great cocktails (try the Ham Yard Tonic ) in the bar , both in the same relaxed yet stylish ambiance.
second time i've stayed here and loved it as much. aside from the rooms - size & decor - and friendly & helpful staff , i've never tasted a better pot of tea , and the scones & clotted cream are king.
Prix fixe lunch menu with an impressive glass of sparkling wine thrown in. The food was superb. Only gripe is that I hate it when when waiting staff take it upon themselves to keep change as tip.
The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and offer a very good nights sleep. Was slightly disappointed by the breakfast offering (2 hard poached eggs :/) but would definitely stay again..if I could afford it
One of London's finest hotels . Beautiful rooms, fantastic service and right in the middle of Soho. A true gem.
Trendy hotel , great lobby to spend time relaxing and people watching . Waiters are often attentive and it's busy and bustling with crowds coming and going.
Amazing tea ! (Gluten free and veggie options ) So good that I ate everything. I left a place just for the pic.
Great atmosphere. Highly recommended. The menu is limited though
Super, super hotel and restaurant in SOHO. Will return for sure. Good food. Can be a bit too vineyard and busy in a Saturday night though!
Great starter; peaches and great main Porchetta . Decent bottle of wine . Waiter was a legend, named Latch. Some of the other staff were a little distant but a busy evening. Overall decent place
Loved my grilled mackerel fillet with curry mussel sauce, the sparkling Shiraz and my cappuccino . Nice environment. Quick friendly service !!
CN Traveller says: "Afternoon tea in a beautiful setting great for design buffs. The menu, which changes weekly, is a creative take on the traditional"
I had afternoon tea with a friend. The actual tea and cakes were not great, my latte arrived cold. However the place has got great ambience and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Discovered this hidden plaza by chance and it looked beautiful by night. Will certainly be back for a drink or food!
Reasonably priced afternoon tea set . Scones are good. Sufficient privacy to chat with friends for a long time.
One of the best hotels in London . Always fabulous service and excellent rooms and facilities. Highly recommend.
A hidden gem tucked in a little street in Soho! Great cocktails and friendly staff ????
Quite elegant atmosphere with people really dressed up. The indoor terrace is really nice and the drinks menu is good but pricey !!
Great hotel with nice bar area. Prefer on weekends when everything else in the area is packed. First come first serve.
Impeccable service and attention to detail. Bathrooms have heated towel racks and a tv for the full tub.
Christmas menu was a hit - food is very rich though. Good service too!
Beautiful, colourful design. Excellent eggs benedict . The conservatory is gorgeous. Will return.
Loved our afternoon tea here , so much we stayed all evening ! #champanewasfollowing #amazing batheooms #lefroybrookstaps
Definitely worth the effort to find it - food, cocktails beautiful & fresh, and service very good to!
Great tea , service and comfort. Upgrade to a deluxe.
The bowling alley downstairs is great for private events , theres a karaoke dance floor too ????
Favourite hotel in London . Artsy . Funky. Cool atmosphere. Great afternoon tea and bowling
Really great staff , but also really busy, so sometimes you need to jump up to grab their attention
Sit outside and sip on a delicious cocktail . The staff accommodated all off-menu requests.
If coming for after work drinks make a booking (and yes, you can even book outside!)
Pre-theatre favourite. Excellent cocktails and bar atmosphere.
Cool design, nice staff , amazing brunch ????
Afternoon tea is worth the try. Cool ambience!
Make sure to book the bowling lanes and check out the movie theatre
Lovely terrasse on a sunny day! But pricey though but you pay for the service.

Had an excellent lunch , with an awesome ice-cream dessert
Great atmosphere, cosy and comfortable . However, it's rather expensive and has conveniently unattended staff .
Great hotel bar . Great drinks and people watching .
