I had the Himalayan and the Cloud tea , both delicate and fresh. Scones were warm and soft; the clotted cream was heavenly. Excellent service as expected. Delicious pastries too. Well worth the wait

Late night bars are always a winner with me. Although ridiculously expensive , the service is incredible, the food and drink is fantastic and the setting is just as you'd expect.

Afternoon tea is fabulous. The house blend tea is lovely. Staff are very efficient and friendly . A great way to recharge after a hard day's shopping.

Great staff ....some of the rooms need touching up. Ask for the 7th floor, all redone. Don't be surprised by who and what you might see.
