Staff were really friendly - it was clean and well maintained, no complaints here!
You can ask for the coolers (like a Starbucks Frappuccino ) to be made with skimmed milk instead of full fat, and can ask for extra shot of coffee in them.
Find the sofa in the carpeted area on the right as you go in. Good view outside from it.
