A beautiful underground gem to soak away your worries for two hours. Eucalyptus steam room . Salt water pool . Bubbly pool. Hot pool . Warm pool. Ice cold pool. Mint tea . Rinse, repeat. Leave in bliss.

Noah Weiss

Perfect romantic date outing if you get the 2hr baths session ($75/pp). Skip the massage . The salt bath where you float like the Dead Sea is amazing.

Nate Folkert

pricey but nice spa and baths including cold plunge, hot pool , body temperature pool, massage pool, salt scrub and float pool , and steam bath. massages were great but not very private.

AlAnoud A AlGhunaim

Staff was amazing, extremely relaxing ambiance . One of the best massages I've received in a long time.. Highly recommended if anyone wants to come through and take some time away and destress✨

John Wick murdered a bunch of people here, although most of them deserved it. Great spa , otherwise.

@JaumePrimero

The "Flotarium " is the best ancient soaking bath at Aire. They fill it with Epsom salts to mimic the Dead Sea , and they regulate it at a temperature of 97F. Float and give your sore muscles a treat.

Part Roman Bath, part Turkish Hamam, part massage parlor and infused with the best of Spanish and Moroccan design elements, Aire manages to be a true oasis in the concrete jungle that is Manhattan. Read more

This is one of the greatest things I've done in NY. The salt water bath is heaven to float in, and my massage (by Cedric) was one of the best I've ever had. Came late on a Friday night (9-11), perfect

Gemma Craven

This is the best spa in NYC right now. A series of serene baths ranging from a superb flotation pool to hot and a truly amazing steam room that is the perfect temperature.

Travel + Leisure

Soak the afternoon away in tubs filled with red wine or cava at this Roman-style bathhouse. The 16,000-square-foot space features six different baths, including salt water and an ice-cold plunge.

Esther Jung

Very relaxing, clean , great service and quiet . stayed about 2 hrs in the water(no massage ). Its $75 (without massage ) on weekdays. Need to make a reservation online. I loved the whole experience!

Eduardo Ramirez

Love, love, love. Potentially one of the best, most relaxing, spa experiences I’ve ever had. You don’t even need a treatment (although a 1-hr massage doesn’t hurt), the baths themselves are wonderful.

With words like "flotarium " used to describe its treatments, the Aire spa maintains that perfect balance of soothing and terrifying we’re all looking for after a long day. Read more

Absolutely loved it. So relaxing, incredible massage could have stayed in the floatation pool all day. Perfect, warm and ambient way to hide from the minus temperature outside.

Nate S

This place is more like if Valentines Day were a venue than it is a relaxing spa day. I came alone to unwind in the baths but felt like the creepy third-wheel on everyones' romantic night out.

Laura D.

this is my favorite treat-yo-self indulgence in NYC: i go here at least once a year. splurge on a long massage & buy extra "pool time," you won't regret it!

Martha

wonderful experience. relaxing, serene, calm . highly recommended. the only annoying thing is the couples who don't keep their hands off of each other. otherwise, it's pretty much perfect.

Céline Bossart

Drinking like a boss all day is hard work. I am unhealthily obsessed with this place. All you do is soak in baths of different temperatures and hydrate with citrus water and tea . Enough said.

Blake L

Such a nice, relaxing escape from the streets of NY. Got treated to a massage after spending an hour in the baths. I can’t wait to go back!

Paolo Barone

It is an amazing SPA , totally worth visiting. And the massage we had was one of the best we ever had anywhere in the world

Kiwi Wang

What an amazing little oasis in the middle of a hectic city ! Highly recommend this for a girls night out or a chill date alternative.

Must-visit candlelit Roman bathhouse in a former textile factory . Reservations required. Book at least two weeks in advance for a weekend spot.

Jenny K

This place is as beautiful and serene and relaxing as all the reviews claim. Great customer service too - Fernando the manager handled a mixup with our reservation in classiest way possible. ????

Jenny W.

Nick is an amazing (& hot) massage therapist . The dead sea like bath is incredible, I could've lounged/floated forever. Also the ice cold bath is Refreshingly freezing. Well worth it, I'll def be back

Amazing massages ! Oh, and most relaxing nap ever in the flotarium ???? no spa or massage will ever live up to this!! No regrets

It doesn't get any better than this. Find a spot in the right corner of the back pool and don't move for 90 mins, unless you're getting a massage of course.

Meg Lewis

I've never felt so relaxed in the city . Absolutely stunning environment! Beautiful pools that are never too crowded . Truly a treat!

Jamie Silverman

Amazing experience—literally felt like you'd left Manhattan and stepped into another century. Great for special events .

Andrew Furman

Stay as long as you can in the 50 degree pool, then switch to 102 degrees. The feeling is euphoric.

Isa Sierra

A true treasure if you’re looking to escape the rush of modern life. The whole experience is unforgettable - really applaud their silence, max capacity policy.

Gabriel Ruas Santos-Rocha

Definitely the most amazing spa experience I've ever had. The floating pool is incredible and so is the whirlpool . I will definitely be back.

Giordano Contestabile

Amazing find. Roman baths (calidarium, tepidarium and frigidarium) reconstructed below downtown Manhattan, plus one of the best massages I had in a long time

Cameron Borriello

Awesome spot for deep relaxation. They provide robes, towels, and all toiletries as well . Get there early to enjoy their tea .

Britta Lampeter

Just amazing. Definitely try the cold dunks in between hot/warm pools. The massages are also completely worth it.

Alexandra Fanning

Omg I wanna live here - candle light and floating pools and massage , it's a hefty price but worth it for luxury on special occasions

Scott Rowe

Have never felt more relaxed. The ambience is phenomenal. The floatation pool, and the plunge pools are particularly exceptional.

MrsCorkster

Warning: first-world problems—What is with the towel "rationing"? There should also be some lemon in the drinking water. Great Jones Spa is a tenement compared to this place but even they manage that.

Kelsey Williams

Loved my experience here! Very neat simple decor. Quality massages , good pressure. Try all the baths, including the cold ones!

megan

Amazing spa . Be sure to tell them if it's your first time - a quick overview of the various baths helps.

Julie Soscia

If not for a massage , get a day pass to the pool and sauna . The baths are exquisite and I loved the salt water pool

Brandy Schuman

I work tradeshows on my feet for long days and this was just what I needed! I'll be back! Beautiful interior and so relaxing.

The best place to relax in the city . Try and request for massage in the middle of your bath session to get the best experience.

Dan Coe

Can't beat it. One of the best massages ever plus great pools. For the price, especially in Tribeca, it's worth every penny.

Melissa Lin

My skin feels so smooth after the salt bath . And dipping into the cold bath followed by a dip into the hot was really refreshing.

Simon Lindsay

The salt water bath is the best. If no one else is in the pool you can just float forever. Also the 50F pool to the 103F pool is really good

Ameena Meer

ask for massage therapist , sue. she really is amazingly gifted . I've rarely had a massage so good, she seemed to know all the tight spots intuitively.

Jason Hoover

Omg - just had the most amazing time!! Baths, steam, massage + amazing service and spotless amenities . You won't be disappointed!!
