One of the best 3D rides I’ve been on, even the queue experience was good. Updated with the most recent Star Wars movies , which was cool. But, it’s lengthy and I felt very sick by the end of it.
Would use a Fastpass on but I think the standby line moves decently quick for this ride. It's a little flight simulation to different places in the Star Wars universe each time. It's a fun ride.
I love the fact that there is always a possibility of ending up on a different planet or in a different place for the simulation ! It's super fun for kids and adults alike!
Really worthwhile to go on because it’s fun, good for all ages and has one of the shortest and fastest moving lines in the park . Much less busy then the other big Star Wars rides but just as enjoyable
Off all the rides that are both in CA and FL this is the only one that is better. The ride is actually identical however the exterior and gift shop were custom built for Star Wars and ate AMAZING!!!
Now considered the poor cousin to smugglers run, but this is actually a very good ride that has 6 different experiences and endings so it could feel new every time 100% do it.
They have, I've heard, like ten new videos running randomly, so you never know what you're going to get. The special effects are great!
Totally worth it. The queue environment and the room are slightly different from the Disneyland version. There are multiple storyline you can get. Definitely recommend fast passing this.
Awesome ride for everyone. Amazing 3D journey. I don't like to be closed in on rides, but this doesn't have that feeling even though it is closed in. Another must do at Hollywood Studios.
Good for kids that enjoy adventure and emotion. Great for adults! One of the best attractions in Hollywood studios!
Great simulation with Star Wars theme. The 3D, shaking and all simulations are pretty cool. Don't miss it.
2 introductions times 3 planets plus 3 messenger holograms times 3 more planets equals 54. There are hints from Lucas and Eiger that there are "Easter Egg " type surprises, which I have yet to see.
Remember that time when Yoda called Rob a girl? Oh yes, we got her off the ship successfully Yoda.. & by the way her name is Robert. Beware! Yoda can't distinguish between make and female. Silly Yoda.
Achievement unlocked All 6 destinations, Tatooine, Kashyyyk, Hoth, Geonosis, Naboo, and Coruscant. Messages from, Ackbar, Yoda, and Leia.
The last destination is either Coruscant, Naboo, or an asteroid field/the second Death Star construction area where you meet and evade Boba Fett. Even if I got some planets wrong, the math is solid.
Fans of the movies (etc.) are sure to love it, but even neophytes will find this ride with a bunch of variations a fun time.
I love this ride - ride it am several times to see the different scenes - will be interesting to see if it remains after Galaxy's Edge opens
Newly updated and tied into the force awakens film with special character appearances. Shakes you around even more than the old version!
as a huge Star Wars fan , i was blown away. not a long ride and waits are NEVER long, definitely a must-do in Hollywood Studios!
The new sequences flying to Batuu are a great teaser for #GalaxysEdge! #HollywoodStudios @disneyworld
Two introductions: Vader and the Millenium Falcon. Then one of three planets: hoth, kashyyk, or the moon of Endor, I believe. Then there's either Leia, Ackbar, or Yoda. It ends...
Such a great ride for star wars fans of all ages, and it's a little different each time which is cool.
The Star Wars experience is phenomenal especially for children like my 6 year old brother.
The new Star Tours allows you to visit different locales from the galaxy far, far away. If you have the opportunity, linger in the queue a little while to find subtle hints to the movie series.
Fun ride across the universe . Good for small and big kids :)
Fantastic upgrade from before renovation! Used to be very good, now it's completely immersive-GREAT! And if you're a Star Wars fan , better.
If you are prone to motion sickness like me, just close your eyes. I know it defeats the point but it's better than being ill! I do agree its much smoother than the old ride.
The new Force Awakens scene is really fun!
For kids 5-12 get here first thing and sign up for a Jedi Training spot. Reservation only event . Ask a cast member where the sign up is located, they move it around.
If you get motion sick consider going the motion free ride. More than any roller coaster the confined space and motion effects can be tough for some
Less chance that your ride will be different because of the new film and squeezing in BB-8
Make sure you ride a few times - there are several different experiences and a random pair is selected each trip.
Absolutely incredible! Don't ignore the queue either. Take the time to look around, it's really amazing.
Don't ride this on a full stomach. If you just ate, go do something like Muppets 3D and digest a bit before Star Tours. Your tummy will thank you.
The scenarios (there’s a bunch) are all randomized so the ride is different every single time
Since Summer 2011 STAR TOURS - The Adventures Continue now features multiple destinations! Come back around and ride again or grab a FASTPASS for later in the day!
Love love love the way this ride is decorated before you come in.... I had to go crazy with my camera ????????????????????????
Correction on the first three planets: they're Hoth, Kashyyk, and Tatooine (Pod Racing). I WAS the Rebel Spy , finally! Thanks, Yoda.
They just updated the "tours " to include scenes from the new movie so it's a nice new little touch
If u have 2 kids & 1 of your kids can't ride due to height, ask for a rider switch pass so you can ride with him or her!
Star Tours wait times get super short in the late afternoon!
Been going on this ride since I was a little kid... I still love it!
Did you know? This ride has 54 different ride sequences... enjoy!
There are so many random combinations of who you will see on your tour and where you will go. It's always different! Love it!
Best ride ever. .. be sure to ride multiple times to see the different plots
If you're prone to motion sickness, focus on the middle of the screen. If you get sick anyway, there's a handy garbage can with a swinging top just outside the exit of the Starspeeder.
The ride changes and their are 54 combinations of thrills to see. According to one of the workers it will take 8 to 10 rides to see them all.
Star Tours is awesome. Come to the dark side - we have Disney World!!!
The line is already so much fun, love the instructions video! Love Chewie!!!
Star Tours, nothing but... Star Tours... If they should bar tours , let this one stay!
It has changed since I first saw the show. It’s different but still really good. Fun explosions. - Bryant Rushing
So much fun! Fried Chicken, Pot Roast and Pot Pie were the favorites. Try the Peanut Butter & Jelly Shake, yum! - Joanna Dueweke
I had the best black bun burger topped with shredded BBQ beef, also had the hotdog with chili sauce. They have an amazing open bar for sauces and relish...a must try if you're in hollywood studios - Reem Khalil
Always fast pass! Single rider can be a wait as well so we try and plan ahead! - Kassandra
Best pictures. Sometimes the animals come right up to the vehicles. It's an awesome experience for any kid (and adult!). - Slightly Perfect
Better for kids than the Narnia exhibit. Plus it's a great place to go for 20 min to get away from the heat and the kids will like it - Tanya W
This ride is amazing!!! One of the best I've ever ridden. Very intricate story line to go along with it. - Krystal H.
One of the best rides in all of Disney, not just this park. it's a point and shoot but Fun to play even if not doing well. Really popular so get there early to avoid line or get a fast pass. - Noel Clarke
