The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

The Cast Members here are so fun & wonderful!! They are a huge part of what creates the Disney experience, so make sure to pay attention to them. They thrive on interaction, and respond accordingly!

When in the queue area, notice the attention to detail in the empty fountain , compete with water stain mark where water level was once years ago.

One of the most famous thrill rides at Disney, the automated computer randomizes the number and height of each drop . So be prepared for at least two!

Excellent actors here. And the ride is great, especially for Twilight Zone fans (like us!). The drops run on magnets, so it's a nice smooth drop , up, and down again!

Still a 'Must Try' really scary ride after all these years!

A classic. One of the best themed rides at Disney and one of the most exhilarating. It's the original Tower and it's the best.

The line gets really long so I suggest you to take the lightning lane for this ride to save up sometime for the rest of the rides.

Still good after all this time. Drop is still epic. Try to spot the other parks in the distance when you get the one view of the outside while dropping .

By far has the best set-up of any ride in Disney. You have to go here, but get a fast pass first. And remember there are two sides in the boiler room.

This ride always gets my heart pumping. I always know what's going to happen and I still end up screaming my head off. It's a thrill and you feel like you are bungee jumping. Too much fun and scare.

Fast pass is a must in the middle of the afternoon as walk on times easily go into the 3 hour range! Camera shot happens as the doors open showing the outside view .

The young woman cast member rocking a fabulous 1930's hairdo at the concierge desk directing guests to the libraries was awesome. I swear she looked just like Lady Gaga. Wish I took a photo. Love her.

One of the 2 best rides in the park . Get a fast pass with the mobile app and skip the wait!

Always on the top of my list. I prefer to not be shoved coming out of the library before heading down to the boiler room. Everyone will get to ride.

During the day it's best to go during a Beauty and the Beast show, even better if Lights, Motors, Action is also going! At night go during the first Fantasmic lines are always less busy.

If you are trying to decide whether or not to go on this ride, choose yes. This and the Aerosmith Rock N Rollercoaster are the best of the top rated rides at WDW, hands down.

totally different than the Disneyland one! instead of JUST dropping , this one moves around! one of the best rides in WDW!

Hollywood, 1939. Amidst the glitz and the glitter of a bustling young movie talent at the height of its golden age, the Hollywood Tower Hotel was a star in its own right.

When going in the intro room head all the way to the right or the opposite side of the tv ! This way you can by pass everyone even if you were behind them! It's fair game!

Great ride! Incredible theming and attention to detail. Cast members who work here and get into the theme make it extra special.

Amazing ride and different each time! The drops are randomly generated. Go during extra magic hours for little or no wait time

This ride was fierce. Def not for the faint of heart. Make sure to link your ride picture to your magic band/ticket for access to a short film starring you!

If you don't like the sensation of falling, this is not the ride for you. You can get a picture of yourself on the ride. The photo pass is great because you can download the photo. :0)

Ask the bellhop for a bagel . At the end of the ride they take you back up in the normal elevator to ride on your own!

If you're a big Twilight Zone fan, keep an eye out for some paraphernalia from certain episodes! I.E. The ventriloquist dummy can be found just when the ride ends

Little know shady area behind the snack stand by the exit. Smell the iced coffee and mango smoothies while you rest from the sun.

Be sure to ride this ride multiple times to see the different drop sequences. The ride is different every time! For a more thrilling experience, ride at night.

This is my all time favorite ride!!! A must do if you are at Walt Disney world!!

There are 4 different ride experiences selected randomly (height and number of drops ), so you might want to ride this more than once. :)

The ride itself is short , but if you consider all the extra decoration neat, you won't mind standing in a 15-20 minute queue at all. Then by is full of cool stuff.

If you're like me and your husband loves this ride but you hate the feeling of drops , go on it and put your head between your legs and you'll barely feel the drops :)

Awesome game, each ride is unique! You can ride it all day long and still enjoy it.

You get to see the whole Park before the drop . It's a really good ride.

Strongly recommended to do the right line when they split inside, i'm almost sure that on that side the game lasts a little bit longer!

My Absolute top wdw attraction !Some facts:all the props you see after the drops before you exit the elevator and the props behind the counter are mostly all from the original tv series!

This ride is amazing!!! One of the best I've ever ridden. Very intricate story line to go along with it.

It's really not bad at all if you hold the grab bars with all your might, practically dig your feet into the floor, sit back, and close your eyes. ;D

When coming upon the fork in the road while waiting in line in the boiler room, choose the RIGHT side of the boiler. MUCH MORE thrilling...!!!!!!!! Right sides always best. Little Disney secret!

Amazing scary experience not only the non expected movements but the ghost and sound effects as well

Definitely recommend using the fast pass for this ride. Wait is 15 mins instead of over an hour. I found it terrifying but it's a super fun ride.

If you go right when the park opens you can ride by yourself

Don't forget to tip your bellhop . Otherwise they, along with the hotel 's strange, mysterious, and unusual nature, just may book you an extended stay here.

Be sure to take in the fine details of the excellent queue area.

Awesome ride! Get there early and try different elevators as it changes slightly
