Space Mountain

Possibly the biggest thrill ride in all of Disney (apart from Tower of Terror and Everest perhaps). Highly recommend doing this rollercoasters . Note that you sit one by one in this ride.

If your kid is too short , don't argue. It's for his/her own safety. Calling a manager isn't gonna make your kid taller. BTW, the decapitation story IS NOT TRUE. Let it die already.

Awesome ride, although I wouldn't recommend for small kids, even if tall enough, my 6yr old was in tears at the end of the ride.DEFINITELY GET A FASTPASS , we waited 3 hrs for a 75 min listed wait time

Best ride in the whole Disney; in dark, makes you feel like you are in space, with very fast ride and deep falls. Line could be long, but worths to wait. Quite awesome.

A timeless ride, no visit to the MK is complete without a ride on this classic coaster. Be sure to get a FastPass in advance for this ride. The stand-by time can be the longest in the park .

If you have a little one with you that’s scared, let them know there are fans on the ride itself that give the impression you’re going faster than you really are (it’s true).

The thrill of the ride was good. It always brings back memories from childhood. I think Magic Kingdom needs to revamp and add some other thrill rides for older people.

Lines get long, so get to Magic Kingdom early and head straight for Space Mountain! Play games in line while you wait.

My favorite ride of all time as a kid and as an adult it still remains my fave. There's nothing like taking your own children on it for he first time. Can't wait to bring my two youngest ones back.

If the ride breaks down while you're on it, cast members are happy to give you a free pass that can be used later/on other rides.

It's a lot darker now than I remember it; I could have sworn there were more stars. It's a fun ride, but it jerks you around more than other coasters in the park .

Most of the ride is n the dark. If you use a scooter, you have to transfer to their wheelchair. Be sure to have them push you as it's a tough ramp to climb on your own!

Get a fast pass ticket at space mountain to skip the wait and head to the mad tea party & ride the teacups while you wait!

Still a great ride. Use a fastpass here, but the lines aren'y as long as they used to be thanks to the 7 dwarfs rollercoaster taking away some attention

A classic... A fun and intense indoor roller coaster . They don't make them like this anymore. Use fast pass . Stand by line takes forever...

The best ride at the Magic Kingdom! Get there early and obtain a FASTPASS for this monster! Ride is the front seat for the best thrill, and if you know someone at Disney, ride with the lights on!

The mother of all Space Mountains! it's bigger and longer than the ones in Anaheim an Paris. Even my 9 yo was pleasantly surprised

This is the must-ride Disney coaster. They’re not much of a thrill ride park but this is a good one the family can enjoy.

Go at rope drop and during the fireworks , small line . Great thrill ride .

Check the fast pass times when you walk up. You may find that you can grab one, hop in the ride and be within you window to hop right on again.

Fastpass is a must...this ride was regularly 80+ minutes when we were there, and often over 120. Such a great ride though

Enjoy the walk up as you wait in line . For me, it's just as memorable as the ride itself.

When you get off the ride & are on the people mover , walk slow and get space in front of you. When you hit the downhill, run as fast as you can then up the uphill. So fun.

Unlike every other ride in magic kingdom, this ride seats you all the way across rather than in one numbered row, because you will each be sitting in your very own seat!

Beware of Chris. He is rude and doesn't let you ride with your party. Other than that its a fun ride and everyone else is very nice and tries to make your ride enjoyable.

Photo is just after very first tunnel as track curves. Look right on the right side. Look left on the left side. Don't know which side your on, look inwards on the first curve.

A good roller coaster for kids, but grownups with achy joints may find it a little jerky . Not a good ride for claustrophobia prone people.

If you're sitting in the very front, it feels like you're flying through the darkness!

There are a few odes to Epcot's Horizons. First, the backdrop when you load into the ride vehicles is the same and look for the "Mesa Verde" logo on the luggage as you exit the ride.

For all the mothers out there get a riders switch so that way you can ride the ride after your family does works as a fast pass

Definitely a bumpy ride, not the smoothest roller coasters out there. But the aesthetic is pretty cool!

It was so fun to get to go in the dark and race down the track . The line was long but it was worth it.

The games you can play in line leading up to the ride was a great idea by Disney.

FastPass this one as often as you can. But they have some nice interactive games now to play in the standby lane.

Ride it with the lights on. You will be amazed at the tightness of the track and course. Wow.
