Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress

Generally no wait, and the ride is a classic. Always do this a few times during a trip. It's also a good way to get off your feet and be in air conditioning for a bit!

This is a classic from Walt Disney 's original plans. He was the original Stark, with grand designs and world changing vision. Enjoy it for what it was, and enjoy an air conditioned break!

Best ride in all of Disney! If you miss it, you missed everything of value! :D

Classic, yet underrated ride in Tomorrowland. Indoor, rotating theater . Displays various time periods using animatronics & music . Air conditioned . Theater seating. NEVER a wait!

Often overlooked, great ride! My kids and I love this, and there's never much of a wait! Don't miss this one!

I love this because it was one of Walt's favorites, but it's in need of updating - an overhaul and more decades represented. A good place for an air conditioned nap for your little ones (or you).

One of the ONLY attractions at DisneyWorld Walt Disney actually put HIS hands on. Although slightly outdated, it's amazing to see how Disney really pioneered technology. LOTS of air-conditioning!

If you sit all the way to the right (closer to the front is better), you can see the next scene resetting itself as you rotate towards it.

Classic. I really enjoy this old audio-animatronic show. This and Space Mountain are the epitome of Tomorrowland.

Cheesy and old but it's a classic and hopefully never gets redone! It's a great big beautiful tomorrow !

Hidden in the corner of the park , make sure to stop at the Carousel of Progress to fully realize innovation in our world. Just remember, "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow !"

A great place to cool off and sit down. Originally featured at the 1964 World’s Fair in NYC.

Great place to rest from the heat or plan to be when rain is coming .. relaxing and fun to sing along!

For some reason I always enjoy this Carousel. It is moving theater , both adults and kids will enjoy it.

Rotating room with a show and an air conditioner. Also good for a 15 minute nap.

Pay attention to everything in the background of the sets - lots of detail to look at!

Cover your ears every time you rotate rooms . The song gets stuck in your head FAST! Other than that, it's cool to see technology progress.

Very relaxing ride. If you need a moment to sit down in the air conditioning , this is the ride. There is usually no wait.

Even if the future is no longer virtual reality video games and voice activated ovens, it's still worth giving this piece of history a look.

This is a good place to go if you want to sit down for a lil while but at the same time want entertainment

The grandmother in the rocking chair makes another appearance in the ballroom scene at the Haunted Mansion. Love this ride!!

DO NOT EXIT THE SHOW DURING THE SHOW! We got stuck in the 1940's for an extra 4 minutes because some jerk did this. A good sit down "ride" not very exciting though.

"Oh no, you're not going tell us about the old days when you didn't even have a car phone!"

Occasionally you may get stuck on the first era and have to sit through it several times before they let you off... Fair warning.
