Holy smokes - they put pistachios on a pizza and its delicious! Get the Rosa or the Wiseguy. Go for a late lunch or early-bird dinner (like 5:30)....or you'll wait for 2 hours.

Life changing pizza in AZ? YES! This place gets busy busy busy for dinner so arrive early. The wood fired pizza is delicious. Don't make changes to their suggested "pie", they know what they're doing.
Probably the best damn pizza I've ever had in AZ! Family is from N.Y. so we know good za. Try the Margherita Pizza - absolutely delicious & not too filling bc the crust is thin. Sauce was light also.
One of my favorite things is Neapolitan pizza . Great Neapolitan pizza is about the best ingredients (flour, tomatoes , mozzarella and toppings) and a wood fired oven. Delicioso!
Lived up to its reputation as the best pizza in the US. Great service and the wood fired vegetable platter was delicious!
Eater '16 BEST PIZZA : Hard to go wrong w/any combo of tops on the charred/pillowy crust. Right choice is always "Wiseguy" signature pie, crowned w/mozzarella, fennel sausage , & bronzed roasted onions
If you sit outside you may have the pleasure of a visit from the local cat.
Exceptional pizza can be found across the country now, but Bianco’s masterworks still merit a journey. Read more
The classic margherita is fantastic, but try their signature Rosa with red onions , pistachios , parmesan , and rosemary to have your mind blown.
Pro tip: They do half and half . The Margherita and the Rosa were excellent. Thinnest pizza I've ever had
The wait is much longer than usual, but the food and experience makes up for it. The location in Phoenix is small, but intimate . I loved the pizza and dessert . Many options!
Yes it's worth the hype. When my friends from NY come to town this is where they want to eat. NY Times rated this the best PIZZA in U.S need I say more. Sonny Boy and the White PIZZA my fave.

You can't go wrong with the caprese salad . It's the best I've ever had. The perfect balance of fresh ingredients , and I've never had a bad one at Pizzaria Bianco .
Nice little place, pizzas are good. Tip: ask the waiter for 50/50 of 2 different kind of pizzas !
The Rosa, topped with red onion , pistachios , rosemary , & Parmigiano-Reggiano, is rich, greasy from the buttery quality of the cheese , and so very good! Read more
Probably the best pizza I've ever had, and totally worth the wait. I had the biancaverde, I absolutely recommend trying that one, so delicious and unique. The bianca bar has a fun atmosphere next door
Come here every time you are in Phoenix
The marinara pizza is a great option if you want to eat light. The music is great. Awesome environment.

Great pizza and super friendly staff . The inside is cozy and makes you fill as though your in a lot bigger city than phoenix. Kind of a Kong wait but worth the experience.
the biancoverde pizza was exceptional. lovely ambiance and the restaurant smells amazing. Some of my favorite pizza i've ever had.
Sticking to the great pizza ,bring something along for the wait- have some wine next door and enjoy the company you are with! A bit loud inside so you can chat while waiting!
This is the best pizza I've ever had! Get the Margarita or Sonny Boy . Get here early before it gets too crowded and ask to sit at the bar to avoid crazy long waits .
This is old world, crispy chewy, classic thin crust pizza slung by Italian staff . It's good. The restaurant has few frills but a sweet oven.
BEST. PIZZA . EVER. You can't go wrong with anything here. The Rosa is outstanding, however. If you don't get here early (the line is INSANE), come late in the evening, when it's easier to get a table.
everything that has been said about this place is true. best pizza around. try the margherita pizza and you'll be in love. the wait for a table may be long, but its definitely worth the wait
All of the Pizza's are top notch. My favorite has to be the margarita. I love this spot!
Great place if you're looking for quality, hand-made, brick-oven baked pizza . With a rustic environment and reasonable prices, it's quite the steal to find in AZ. Top 10 pizza places in U.S!
Known as one of the best places for pizza in town but also for having a wait. Beat the crowd and go during lunch or before the dinner crowd.
Plan to be there a while-sit outside and drink some wine and watch the resident cats lounge around. The pizza is worth the wait-the Rosa was great with pistachios .
Long wait , but worth it. Everything on the "small bites" Antipasto was delicious, and the Margherita pizza was great.
Yum factor to the Nth degree. Now open on Monday night, no waits. Get the Biancoverde, add sopressata and enjoy!
Try the Veggie "Biancoverde".. mmmmmmmmm.. deeeeelllicious.. that's why is the one of top 10 pizzas in the country ..
One of my absolute favorites!!! Get the Spiedini appetizer , Geata Olives, and Wiseguy pizza . If you have to wait head across to Rose and Crown for a few drinks.
The Rosa is amazing! I thought it would be odd to have pistachios on a pizza but I was wrong. Texture, flavor and visually phenomenal!
Try the Margherita Pizza With Soprasetta And The Rosa - These were both really good pizzas . I've had spicier soprasetta, but it was still very tasty!!
If you commit to making a "night" of this and you get some wine and walk around during your wait, the pizza you order will be the greatest evening topper EVER! The press and gossip is ALL TRUE about
I've been here before, and it never disappoints. I'm coming back here with a new friend, so I hope she likes it as much as I do.
Strongly recommend trying the Rosa (red onion , parmigiano reggiano , rosemary , and local AZ pistachios ) with additional roasted mushrooms . Meatless yet still savory and excellent.
This place is one of the best in the country for pizza . Make sure you reserve a table before heading in because its very exclusive.
There was no line on the Tuesday night I went. All four pizzas we tried were great. The Rosa was the standout.
Everything is incredible! From the apps, to salads , to pizzas , you can’t go wrong.
I didn't have to wait for a weekday lunch , it would have worth it if I had for the crust on this pizza .
Very minimal menu - and very few non-pizza options on the menu - but the food was solid and the service was wonderful.
Best pizza in Phoenix. Long wait but well worth it. Visit the wine bar they have next door while waiting and order some antipasto . The beefsteak tomato and mozzarella salad is THE BEST!
