This is a really fun, family friendly spot easy to get to via light rail . Check out the rotating/seasonal exhibit and plan to stay a while as there is lots to do.
Had a great time with my four year old. Lot's of hands on exhibits and tons of activities. The storm room is a great time, my son loved it!
Excellent place to escape from the sun for a few hours, especially if you have children. I recommend checking their website for the most current exhibits .
This place is great for kids of all ages. The current mummy exhibit might be a bit much for younger kids but there is plenty of mental stimulation to be had. Public Transportation = Light Rail too
What more can you say, great place to learn for adults and kids. Hands on exhibits , you can't beat that, along with the films and feature exhibits this is a most do.
This place is still a blast even for adults, but its even more fun when you go with kids that are eager to learn. The planetarium is always an absolute must, and the Digital World gallery is amazing.
I was there for a specific exhibit which was really good otherwise way to many kids running around everywhere else. I'm not sure parents were even supervising their kids!

A very fun and educational place to bring the whole family to! There are a whole bunch of interesting exhibits and the crowds are usually to a minimum!
Don't miss the planetarium . Definitely the best place in Phoenix to learn about our universe , the Milky Way , constellations and the rest of outer space!
The place to go if you want to get a taste of technology and past history bundled into one. It's not your ordinary museum this museum 's exhibitions come to life with the aid of modern day technology.
Easily accessible from the Lightrail station, this museum features some of the best education exhibits in Arizona. It has hosted "Body Worlds" multiple times among other equally fascinating subjects.

Loved going here ever since I was a child. If you go during the summer, prepare to be surrounded by hundreds of children on field trips.
