Third year here and it's starting to look run down. Sad. Nice ppl, free breakfast , free beach stuff for your stay, sand toys , umbrellas, chairs.
A place ppl come to stay and party on weekends. Loud music rude lots of drinking and parking lot is full. Way more relaxing during week. If you have young kids you better think 2x than stay here
Nice room at a reasonable rate during bikeweek... Close to everything.

Noise all night, no one cares, dogs barking in rooms all day, free breakfast is crap. Rooms dated and kitchens are rundown old smell bad. Lots bugs

This is a beautiful beach. Mostly private beachfront, but there are a few little public parking areas. The sand is really soft & fine granule - no shells. - Kristian Walker
