AND the guy at the counter didn't know how to scan my Dunkin app gift card, the thing that his company created and operates.
This is the best Dunks in the heights.
These guys can take 2 hours to make my ham and cheese . I don't care, they're sweethearts!
Terrible service. I went here at 11pm (not that late in NYC) and it took 10 minutes to make my sandwich . Then I waited around another 15 minutes before asking, to find out they'd forgotten my latte .
Tasteless breakfast sandwiches . You're better off ordering from deli a couple of blocks from here.
If you are behind someone who orders a sandwich , leave. It will take forever.
