Solid hotel . Walk down to the bottom of the hill and turn left - you'll see a Billa grocery store next to the Metro stop, where you can load up on drinks/snacks and avoid hotel prices.

One of the secret passcodes for free WiFi in your room is "Prague". I tried a bunch of different words and this one currently works for me.

A little out of the way and you'll find yourself continually walking back towards the Old Town for anything. Try and also get a room on the outside looking out to the city . Typical Hilton pay for WiFi

Very nice hotel , good rooms, very good breakfast and good service . Only free slow wifi in the lobby that sucks! You have to pay for wifi in the room! I find this ridicilous for such a good hotel !

As a diamond member you’ll get free wifi , room upgrades and lounge acces at Hilton. If you don’t stay in hotels that much but want the same benefits; pay a little extra for an executive room or suite.

Good food, good service , nice rooms. Location is a bit far from Old Town , but the walk along the harbour is awesome. Florenc Metro station is also just across the street through the mall .

There is construction going right now, make sure you ask for a room away from it. Other then that it’s clean , comfortable , modern, great breakfast and easy walk into the city center!

Very close to Florenc station. Check out Cloud 9 too, definitely worth a drink and the burger and sweet potato fries is pretty good!

In the cafeteria above the stairs you can get also breakfast filtered coffee . It comes in a small kettle and I liked it very much.

This hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly ! The only issue I had was the check in, took 30 minutes to check in! I am sure this was just an accident as I am a Hilton associate myself

Nice and clean , room service charges are dumb and they dont let you go to the bar and bring it up with you.

Ask for a room that faces a street or a river , and not the inner atrium; the inward view is boring. A disposable tub mat in a bathtub!

The new year's eve party was too boisterous and lo~~~ng. It ended around 3! Due to the damn base sound, even the toilet door was trembling. I couldn't believe they made the lobby night club !

very good food and a very nice hall in the Hotel . It's a must for your tongue and a must for your eyes.

Good conference center, food, rooms and service are appropriate. One thing: change the elevator system !

My favorite hotel in Europe. Swimming pool is great! Internet is extremely expensive but free for certain HHonours levels. Location is not great but the Metro is efficient and uncrowded

Nice Hilton wasn't too busy when I was there. There's free wifi in the lobby while the in-room wifi is expensive (although worked perfectly well for me),

The lobby bar is a good place to unwind, and the prices are fairly reasonable (by hotel standards).

Well well , first the white wine had cork taint...than she forgot the straw.

WC and Showers are seperately? Why ? Funny!

Go to the Albert supermarket for groceries . It's just across the street out the lower lobby entrance. You can get a larger bottle of water than the hotel bottle at a 10th the price.

Ask the hotel to come empty your minibar so you can store food from the Albert grocery store that's just across the street!

Nice hotel . Nice staff . Nice rooms and pool. Quiet . Typical poor Hilton WiFi that they want you to pay for. If you bartered a good deal stay, otherwise look elsewhere b4 choosing. Cheers!

Shortcut to Florence metro station (B & C) and tram by exiting on LL, thru the parking lot , then thru the mall .
