I love to go there for big events and especially at Christmas time . You can take the kids with a mug of hot chocolate and walk around looking at Christmas lights and decorations. So pretty!
Enough shade, Clean (turf grass mostly, leafy mulch to the side, sand box in the middle. Always busy. Bathrooms right next to it. picnic tables or places to lay out a picnic blanket.

Nice park . Great for kids but don't take a duece there. The toilets are a good 10 to 12 inches too high.
First weekend of every month they have train rides for the whole family....fun!
