Summer Pavilion was awarded One Michelin Star in The Michelin Guide Singapore 2016.
All the dishes were excellent! Peking duck , dim sum and the coconut ice-cream!
Nice chinese food in general but didn’t think their abalone puff was the best. Nothing beats Tin Lung Heen in HK..
The cooking here is simply superb. There are very few Chinese restaurants in Singapore that operate at this level
Peking duck is well done and service is on point
Peking duck is a must eat as well as the sea perch . Everything else is also great
The dim sum here is excellent and the service is very good!!!
The dim sum here is excellent!!
Not the best dim sum in town but the excellent service and cozy ambiance makes up for it!
The grilled beef is thin but very juicy.

Ballin' and shotcallin'. Staying in a Club room gets you access to this lounge, with free breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, a small dinner spread and booze. Tempting not to even go outside. - Cynthia Drescher
Best buffet lunch in Singapore. Great selection of good quality food including lots of local dishes (laksa with lobster balls, chicken rice). Professional service and great decor. - Joanna
Don't miss the Sumptuous buffet spread all day especially prepared for Ritz-Carlton staffs... =)))))) Enjoy!! - Gelai Anne
Roasted Duck is a must! Would love to try roasted pork and egg tarts on next visit as both sold out. Booking is very much advisable as traffic is high even on weekdays. - Rachel Dwiayutia
Best Chinese restaurant for wine and dine. Excellent food and wine selections. Best of all no corkage and they uses riedel glass. - En Wee
Do not miss the year end promotion of tradition claypot rice (La Mei Fun @ $68). Pre-order one day in advance, the rice is just the right texture and crispy bits along the sides r delicious! - Ting
