Generally enjoyed my stay. The buffet was good, and the pools were relaxing. The nightly special dinners were good, and the staff was wonderful. However, we had a small rat problem. It was dealt with.

We enjoyed so much. The pools, the room, the staff , the large and overly indulgent breakfasts , the themed evening dinners , & feeding the fish . We really did not leave the resort . It was that good.

Breath taking surroundings at the hotel , fabulous pool, incredible staff and service, the breakfast buffet is very good. Great location, restaurants and shopping of Legian just down the street

Great pools. Lots of breakfast options at buffet , but the restaurant is a bit cramped.

Great pools and swim up bar . Ask for a room away from the pool as it can get noisy .

The hotel has many F&B outlets with a great variety of foods. The breakfast is awesome as well .

Make sure you triple check your reservation before check in. They do mixed up a lot. I know because I can't have my room until 7:00PM. Isn't that nice.

Little aged, chalet rooms are a decent size. Two pool areas .

Try the steam and sauna at the fitness center !

Make sure you get the right room, otherwise they will upgrade or even downgrade your room because the room is full for the reason.

Lokasi sangat nyaman dekat sekali dengan pantai , ada banyak kolam renang berbagai ukuran dan bentuk, restoran penuh dengan variasi makanan.suasana adem tentrem, cocok untuk istirahat dan bawa keluarga

Lobby dan resepsionis luas. Ada banyak kolam renang . Sangat dekat dengan pantai . Kamar mandi di dalam kamar ada bathtub untuk berendam. Restonya lengkap. Aula besar dengan dekorasi lampu yg indah.

Très bel établissement. Le garden club est idéalement situé près de la piscine et de la plage . Personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est divin. Parfait pour une halte balnéaire
