La Quinta Inn Amarillo West Medical Center

I've stayed here twice. It's no 4 star hotel but the front desk people have been fantastic, they've gone to effort to update the rooms, but obviously they have some lazy housekeepers . Great for the $.

I got a courtesy call asking if I was satisfied with my room. Fantastic service and friendly staff . Definitely recommend.

After checking in my wife read that there are a lot of break-ins in this area. As I parked, I saw a truck with its window smashed in and the door open. Guess I'm safe for the night...2 am!

Old building on the outside, new rooms on the inside. If only the rooms were a bit cleaner. Dirty mirror and floors. Coffee pot still had last guest's coffee . It's 50/50 here. My last stay was nice.

High theft area ! I read it in reviews & then saw it first-hand. Also, found an empty Coke can next to the bed, hair on the washcloth, in the sink, & in the tub. Beds poorly made and sheets with holes.

Very clean and what a great price....have triple AAA its even cheaper

The windows were so thin, I could hear every little thing outside. It was very hard to sleep.

Days Inn wifi is stronger from the south rooms than La Quinta's

Put out the Do Not Disturb or housekeeping WILL disturb you.

Dirty dirty dirty bathrooms !! 1st room bathroom had a HUGE hair ball in the toilet & hair clots on the ground . 2nd room at least has less dirty bathroom . Will be complaining to corporate.

Changed the room 3 times on a 26F night with 20mph wind it's sucks! The room was not cleaned our have someone in it! Gosh !

Have to agree the TVs are good. But the wifi stinks.

This place is a dump and the WiFi didn't work... The people that work here are nice though!
