Terrible service. Rude staff . Waited 10 minutes for a table, then service staff walked straight past me to seat people who arrived long after me. Walked out. Lots of other places to eat at the O2.

Buffalo wings soggy & probably microwaved, blue cheese smells like sick. The TGI burger was so low quality, crap orange cheese , burger was probably from frozen, factory formed, chips were soggy. 0/10.
Absolutely awful service. Really bad staff . You're better off going to pretty much any other place at the O2.

Super slow service when it wasn't even half full, our meals stayed on the heating counter for over 10min! Worst TGI's ever!
