Got sting by bugs biking after 8. One landed on my thigh and I think it was nags that flied right to your head area. Definitely wear glasses if you are biking in the dark.

Try Sal's Branch Trail . Takes about 45-60 minutes. Starts to the right of the ranger station. Follow the orange trail markers down to the water and back.
