My favorite place in Evanston for coffee and the country bread (as good as pain poilane in France) but above all for owners Ellen and Julie who are almost always there for a personalized hello. ❤️❤️❤️

Truly impeccable bread focused bakery . One of the best in the Midwest- get a loaf to go and a pastry to stay. Iced coffee also solid.

Fabulous country white bread , an excellent almond croissant , but selection of breads was limited on a Saturday morning. Early days still! Loved walking out with my paper package tied up with string!

Great croissants and classic French pastries . Quality is exceptional. They do not have a great variety of things but what they do have they do expertly.

This place is the bomb. But get there early. Once they sell out, no matter how early, they close! You will never ever leave this bakery with just one item.
