Plaza Premium Lounge

The lounge was refurbished during 2012, and is now rather nice. 4 showers , small selection of hot and cold food, nice chairs, and now a served bar with a range of drinks and a proper espresso machine!

This is lines should be the lounge for Mass and many Airlines include SkyTeam and Master Cards the elite ones, very spacious but below average food and selection of drinks, two toilets always busy.

Free entry for Flyingblue Gold and above. Remodelled now very nice apart from the music that sounds like the soundtrack from a early 80's porn flick . Cakes hid away by coffee machine . Other food no go

If u anyway have free access to this lounge by just flashing an accepted card , this lounge is actually quite good. Comfortable sofa , free buffet and drinks and free wifi .

Area of food is not comfortable .. Small with many people..not big choice.bar area is ok with nice staff.chairs are good, nice place for to relax.

Decent lounge , not the best. Limited selection of food and drinks. But nice and cozy ambient to rest and relax as u wait for ur flight.

Here is the place that you can charge up for few hours. Eat whatever you want and WiFi provided.. you can shower too..

I asked for a glass of wine at the bar and was told that I can take only beer since I'm here via airline invitation. Flying business class . Being oneworld saphire. What a bullshit!

Very crowded , hard to find a free spot, but better than no lounge . Coffees are over the counter as are cakes , free, but you have to ask. Food wise, the soup is always good. No flight announcements!

Here at 11.45am, already in queue for almost 10 min to enter, still about 10 in front of me. There really need to improve the check in procedure as the current procedure too slow

Bartender Zariq is always very cheerful & accommodating. This 5 star service personal always display genuine impression that he's always glad to be of service. I would vote him employee of the year.

Free access for platinum credit card holder from major banks in Malaysia . Verity and quality of the foods need to be improved.

Try the soup , usually the best and if you are lucky use the Massage Chair . Safe Trip to All.

It can get very busy depending on the time of day. Lounge is quite large with updated decor. There's ample washroom facilities equipped with showers . F&B choices are not great but sufficient.

Small and small selection of food, but better than nothing, right? We had unlimited drinks option that they presented as if luxury , but we always get that everywhere.

Newly renovated, looks very very swanky with buffet and free flow drinks and alcohol , plus WiFi . Free usage for up to 5hrs for selected platinum cards.

Can try chicken satay and fish cake noodle ! But I like triple chocolate ice- cream. Must drink Heineken draught beer here.

Lots of people, but food are good! From also Only beer is free. If u want to have a cakes u need to ask.

Nice Lounge , good view of the tarmac. Food and service follows suit. Highly recommended!

Could be crowded at times and you could hardly find a place sit. Food are just average.

Shower is pretty good and refreshing in transit. They give you towel and everything else you need similar to a hotel shower .

Business class room is an approx. 20 square meter room without windows for 20 people. Food and drinks are reasonable.

They accept all type of Platinums , from Citi,Standard Chartered,UOb and of course the Amex. New revamped Lounge is cool and bigger now. Comfort level is reasonable.

They said we will call you for the flight .. but no one announced .. which result in reconnecting the flights bridge to the plane . They make me run for it! Very few food choices.

I enjoyed spicy chiken satay ! Yum ! Massage service is available ( booking is required )

I'm impressed NOT all Platinum cards are accepted. Singapore Airlines Krisflyer Platinum Card by Westpac Bank Australia got rejected. Ouch !!! My OCBC Malaysia Platinum accepted. Thankfully.

Notice they always work slow to check people in to excess the lounge ..always in long Q..should resolve this matter than wasting people’s time waiting in the Q

You can use Priority Pass here for everything except massage and cocktails .

if you are Priority Pass holder, request access to the wing to your left. also has access to the foot massage room.
