Hintonburg Public House

The HPH burger is sooo tasty (either beef or veggie ar good). Ask for some homemade ketcup for your fries . They also make some pretty decent old fashionned :) love this place!

Menu limited between lunch & dinner (we ate @ 3pm). Choices were burger , fish & chips or appetizers . Burger was delicious, slightly pink & juicy (perfect for me, but be warned if you prefer well done.

The scotch egg ! Vintage plates are charming. Don't order fish&chips-- breading is the thick doughy kind. Good food but portions too small and prices too steep to warrant being the local "public house"

Nice relaxed atmosphere for a local craft beer and simple and tasty meal. Come in early as it gets packed pretty quickly

The vegetarian sheppards pie is extremely excellent and for those who want to try a veggie one, this is the one.

If there for brunch try the Traditional Beef Burger/Kimchi/Fried Egg /Fries . A definite favourite.

Nice space, buzzing with reasonable patrons, enjoying simple food and craft beer . Good wine list too.

Their Bar Snack cheeses are AWESOME!!! I had a local blue with some kind of beets on the side...Amazing combo!!!

Try the in house potato chips a definite must. Takes me ba k go when I was a kid.

Have the burger...served medium and is the best I have ever had!

Topping on the burg were awesome. Beet mayo , crispy onions , whatever else it was gooood

Order the fish and chips . Ask for the homemade ketchup .
