The overall service & morale have improved drastically. We were served by Naqib & Amirul, and we're pleasantly surprised and happy with the service, on Christmas day, nonetheless!

Good food quality and service. We enjoyed our dinner and this outlet is definitely the best Nando's we ever had. 2 thumbs up!!

Very nicely grilled chicken , tender and juicy, this is my favourite outlet. Staffs are helpful and friendly . Thank you Nandos Citta Mall !

The food is generally good, I've taken a liking to the Mango lime flavour. The service has improved drastically, kudos to Nandos!

Service improved a lot, can see the staff put in lots of effort. Chicken is served fairy quick even lunch time.

The service was alright. But food presentation was only so-so. Garlic bread not great. Veggie pita was falling apart , slightly. The sparkling apple wasn't as sparkling as the one at Paradigm Mall . :-/

I don't know this restaurant open till what time. I came with a group of 6 around 9:40pm and the cook shout at us 'TO LEAVE" cause it's close! At the end the female manager still allow us to dine here

I was a bit surprised to read the rest of the reviews re. poor customer service. The service was actually pretty good, even though we were here on New Year's eve.

Communication problem with the staff , rushing customer to make order. Today the ice lemon tea & coke got plastic taste. Very disappointed birthday lunch !

Service is very bad i.e. Bill takes forever to come. Tables take forever to be cleared. Inattentive staff not helpful when customer spilt his drinks.

Service very slow, was told by outlet manager they only have 6 person working from morning until now

The service is too slow!!! Food is not coming 1 hour later, and somemore they entered our order wrongly! Bad bad bad impression...

Avoid come during weekday lunch hour. Lousy service and food served after an hour. Disappointed!
