I love this place so much! Everything is fresh, tasty and high in quality! I recommend their cassata, rum cake , cannolis and tiramisu !

In the large cup they let you taste four favors so even if one is a dud you won't be disappointed! Zuppa inglese was my surprise favorite! Stracciatella and pistachio excellent as expected!

Heavenly. The Napoleon is amazing and any flavor of ice cream is delicious. The food didn’t last long enough for a photo.

A New Orleans institution. Established in 1905 as a small ice cream stand in the French Quarter on Decatur by A. Brocato, an immigrant from Sicily. Its present location has existed since 1978.

The Zuppa Inglese and the seasonal jasmine gelato were divine. It's a lovely little nook.

The place to visit for dessert . The two I really liked were the cappuccino ice-cream cake , like a frozen cappuccino , and the torroncino, a hazelnut-and-almond semifreddo.

Very good gelato . Tried amaretto gelato . Delicious. Excellent service .

Scadalina (dead man's bones) brittle clove-flavored cookies . Also Italian soda .

It's known for the ice cream , but the fruit tarts , biscotti and other bakery are also stellar!

When Clemenza said "Leave the gun; take the cannoli ," it was probably because they were from Brocato's. The best!

So good. Classic New Orleans. If you're having dinner in Mid-City definitely go here for dessert .

The Zuppa Inglese (rum custard ) gelato is the best. Try it with a mini cannoli .
