Crowne Plaza London - Kings Cross

Really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay here, no complaints about the food, staff are fantastic, gonna miss them all :-(

Hardware looks new and modern. Front desk staff is nonchalant and incompetent. Elevators are very small and can fit 3-4 people with suitcases. Quiet location but somewhat close to Underground station

Breakfast feels like a noisy canteen but cooked buffet comprehensive & includes black pudding . Only coffee from an urn. Scrambled creamy but I suspect cooked from powdered egg ?

The hotel is now offering travellers a "handy" mobile handset for making calls, accessing the Internet, providing a city guide etc. It's free!

This hotel is being upgraded to a Crown Plaza . The new rooms are smart and well equipped, lots of power points. They are however very small, even to London norms.

Nice renovation, modern decor , small rooms but comfy and appointed to high standards. Service is overall average and breakfast could be better for this hotel category

Nice pool, friendly staff , good location for kings cross. Nice pub over the road too.

Nice place. The Internet was very spotty. No screaming children so that was very nice.

Sooooo much better now it's been refurbished. Really nice rooms. May become my default London hotel .

ask for free WiFi if you are staying for more than a week.

Restaurant closes at 10:30pm. Not much around outside within 5 mins walk. Tikka wrap and a coke for dinner then.

Gym/pool closes at 10pm on weekdays. £3.50/day charge.

A hotel in London where you can still find Smoking Rooms!

ask specifically for room with mini bar/refrigerator

The fitness room is excellent but the pullout sleeper sofa was terrible! Convenient location, get the free breakfast but don't eat the eggs ...

The nearest bike hire station is just across the road and up the hill a little

It's a good 15 min walk from kings cross station

Not a tourist location, but efficient business traveller hotel which has been completely refurbished.

Nice hotel .. Nice breakfast .. But no free wi-fi.. :)

Be wary of rooms on the 8th floor (the 'executive' floor). The air conditioning is VERY noisy in some of these.

Great breakfast much cheaper over the road @ Euro cafe .

Are there no wash clothes in Europe or just this hotel ? Really nice gym !

You can have a much better breakfast for half of the price in the Maya at the juncrion of Farringdon Rd and Rosebery Ave.

The Firoka burger is nice and spicy .

Average hotel with an above average price. $us20 for breakfast is way over the top for the quality. go elsewhere for meals.

Very convenient swimmingpool and fitness. Bar is a bit outsdated though...

Rooms fine, shower a bit antiquated . Breakfast great but agree with the Maya comment elsewhere...

No minibar/refrigerator so do not buy foods that would go off at room temperature!

Ensure if booking through third party, E.G. need a hotel .com, that your purchase included brekfast as I found it was not good value for money to have to elsewhere

Terrible service. Silly trendy open plan shower that ends up flooding the whole bathroom . Disinterested staff .

Avoid breakfast - gross.
