Amazing hotel with a nice view from almost all the rooms to the mountains that surrounds the hotel . The food is delicious and beds are comfy . Very romantic place and recommended to the honeymooners

Most of the rooms don't have air conditioning . But their spa and the swimming pool is AMAZING!!!! Must swim while your stay.

High price for this 5 star hotel with standard service from staffs at restaurant , spa or reception. I found Concierge staffs are more attentive than others. My room 215 is renovated but still dark.

The Spa is a true escape. The warm interior design gives an intimacy allowing to relax. The gym is very small but not overly crowded .

Food is matter-of-fact only okay and expensive . The Building is beautiful. And the only reason to come here is the SPA and the indoor tennis courts .

It's 150 years old building ! Very classic hotel , it doesn't actually have AC because of Interlaken weather. Everything about this place speaks: CLASSIC.

Take a Room in the old part of the hotel , pure art nouveau architecture (but NO air condition ). the SPA is spectacular, but the Restaurant is overrated.

Hotel muito bonito e arrumado. Achamos ate barato pelo que oferece. Cafe da manha impecavel e atendentes super atenciosos. So nao gostamos do restaurante italiano (sapori) muito caro e comida ruim.

Отель с историей. Сервис для уровня отеля ужасный, номер средний, спа ничего особенного. Вечером когда хотели расслабится в бассейне, там проходили групповые занятия для местных. Ресторан супер.

Tarif edilemeyecek kadar güzel.Otel , Göl , manzara , insanlar.
