The hotel DOESN’T have air-condition, in these times of year ( summer months ) the wether is very hot , i don’t feel comfortable any more because the feeling of hot I felt inside the room ,😥

The staff and the location of the hotel is very good 👌🏻, I’m planning to come again in the hotel in spring months cuz no need to air condition inside the room ☝🏻

Catch great views of the Swiss mountains from luxurious rooms at this hotel . The train station is also just a few minutes away by foot. Also has conference facilities for the business traveler.

Location and staff are excellent but no air conditioning and Furniture is old-fashioned and used.

Great location, close to the train station and town . Good food and service, the hotel is a little dated, as the manager highlighted it was built in 1874! The swimming pool however is very modern.

Try booking the east side of the hotel (room ending with number 3-7), and you will not disappoint with a beautiful scenery of train over the lake .

I really love this hotel , every time I come to Interlaken I choose it, try the rooms with the river view .

Good location. Spa and swimming pool . Free car park . But i think it should be max 4 stars not 5

This hotel is conveniently located close by the train station . Easier to get to the train platform following the river side.

The worst experience i've ever had. Staff were impolite and ignorance. The place was dirt and they never cleaned the rooms through our stay. There were bugs every where and spiders hanging on the wall

The worst hotel ever, destroyed my journey in Swiss, every thing is old, dirty and disgusting, spiders , bugs .. staff are carless, i ended up leaving the hotel before our departure date.
