Used to live really close and this was my place to go after a jog around the reservoir . Coffee is pretty good, and so are the pastries (gluten free muffin is amazing). One of my favs in the hood!

Okay this place is pretty great. Great pastry collection, good coffee and a full menu for the rest of the day/evening. The matcha tea cake was delicious.

Exotic single origin drip coffee brewing techniques, including a clover machine. Tasty chai latte too. Sit in comfortable leather chairs , or outside.

Pricey but delicious. The Avocado toast is one of the best I’ve had. You might wait a bit for coffee but it’s well worth it. Brewed carefully, and exactly right.

Fantastic iced coffee - worth every penny ($5) for a large to go cup, especially if you enjoy it for more than one day. Infused cappuccinos are unique, but $6 is a bit much. Only 2 power outlets .

Came back and I've to say I enjoyed the pour over I had the first time around, but the cappuccino on my recent visit was very subpar. On the bright side, the Gruyere Mushroom Muffin was very good.

These folks take what they do seriously. Lots of love put into the food and coffees here. (Sometimes that means it take a while to get your latte , and it's expensive .)

Eggs Benedict with country ham are the best I've had so far in LA. Perfect with side avocado .

The best coffee and espresso I've ever tasted, and having lived in Italy that says a lot. The citrus or vanilla lattes are amazing. Actor Chris Pine lives across the way and is often seen here.

Go in after 5pm and insist on a chocolate chip cookie fresh from the oven. Wash it down with a glass of cold milk . Best molecular gastronomical five bucks you'll ever spend.

Chat up the guys next store at the retail shop. They know what's up with all the coffee options and have more time to talk. The move: Tall iced + splash of milk tea + small chai .

The Hong Kong milk tea is delicious, lightly sweet and excellent on a chilly evening - it's a great Assam on its own, but steeped in sweetened milk makes it absolutely to die for. Wonderful!

Great ambiance and good coffee -- I always enjoy siphon brew. Sad they don't make the panna cotta anymore (at least that's what my server told me).

Couldn't decide what drink I wanted, so I had the Lavender Lemonade with my food and got an iced Vanilla Latte to go. Both amazing!
